A Case of Renal Malignancy and Renal Hematoma on Recipient of Kidney Transplantation

Abstract
Skin cancer and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are common malignant disease on renal transplatated patients with immune suppression therapy. Renal cell carcinoma is a relatively uncommon cancer in kidney transplantation or hemodialysis but general
occurance
rate of renal cell carcinoma in kidney transplanted patient is higher than normal person.
We experienced 2 cases of renal mass following kidney transplantation. One was renal malignancy and the other was renal hematoma which was difficult to differetiate from the renal cell carcinoma. From these results, it need that native end-stage
kidney
should be precisely evaluated before and after kidney transplantation.
